Bought this as a gift- the shoe was a little snug per the previous reviews so we did a half size up and they fit. For a slightly looser fit go with a full size up.

Very nice leather and beautifully made. It has been my experience that shoes made in Portugal are excellent. The loafer is leather outside inside and sole. On the negative side, it is a bit stiff and runs slightly small. Order 1/2 size larger
