    Beautiful!

    Love this cardigan. Great fit and high-quality material. Fits true to size. So flattering, I went back and bought another in a different color.

    Beautiful but runs waaaay small

    This is a beautiful sweater, however a size medium fits like a small or extra small. Honestly I will have to order a size XL if I want it to fit my solidly medium body. Unfortunately I had to return this item. Also, I should note that it arrived covered in lint and what looked to be dog or cat hair,... and the tissue paper and label were already torn open - someone else must have also ordered and returned this sweater before me, and no one in the return center bothered to clean it up before sending it out to me! Disappointing.

    Need to add a button band at tailor

    Like others have mentioned, if you're looking to order your size, it's not uncommon for there to be gaps between the buttons when buttoned up. Heading to the tailor to reinforce both sides (button band) to give the fabric more structure and avoid pulling. Ideally Banana Republic would have done this during manufacturing, but that would add to costs and bring the price up. Hopefully this will fix both the size S and M that I ordered (gaps happening on both even with sizing up)!

    I really love this cardigan, quality is wonderful, but it was too small. I ordered , a small would be perfect for me since that's what I normally wear, in other Banana Republic clothes on this one just way too small. Definitely need to order up.

    Very fitted at the waist. I bought 2 on sale. Normally I wear large due to stomach but I like the XL better. Sleeves are long hut look cute turned up twice on the XL. The large is good for wearing open. Heavy weight, nice for transitional waether.
