It arrived very wrinkled. The belt attaches at the sides, it's sewn on. I tried tying it any number of ways but it always looked awkward. I love the fabric and sleeves and it looks great with a belt. I resolved to remove the ties and wear it belted.

Beautiful dress. It ia very flowy and the colors are quite eye catching. Just be mindful to hang this dress as it wrinkles very easily and it is alot of material to iron or steam.
