These jeans, though nice, are not at all "lightweight", "midrise", or "straight". Trust me! They are the same weight as any other jeans. I am high waisted and they come up to my waist, unless I want the crotch hanging halfway to my knees, and though the leg is straight, it is very wide all the way down. I think what I am most disappointed in is that they are definitely NOT lightweight for summer. They also fit REALLY big!

These are labeled online as mid-rise baggy straight lightweight jean. The tag on the jean labels them as low-rise relaxed. After trying them on I would label them as high-rise baggy lightweight jean. They are lightweight. I would say they fit like a high rise jean as the waist sits above my belly button. The long length is great for tall girls. Unfortunately I will be returning them as I wanted a mid or low rise straight/baggy.

Huge. Nice fabric, cute style but a lot of fabric. Study the size and length guide and then size down at least one or two sizes. I ordered three different styles in BR jeans and had they same experience. Great denim and colors. They just need to adjust the sizing.

OMG! Any or at least most women out there know how difficult it is to find a pair of jeans that are an excellent fit, COMFORTABLE, and complimentary to the exact look that makes you feel confident! Wow, these jeans ordered on line, arrived and upon trying them on…immediately fit all the categories above…I am petite and almost never can find jeans that fit and give me a lengthening look!!! Thank you Banana Republic…jeans arrived on Mother's Day and was such a beautiful gift to give myself on this special day!!!

These jeans are described as mid-rise, and the physical tag reads low-rise. They fit high-rise on me, and the legs are very wide/baggy. Not for me, returning.

I ordered these in a 26P. Loved them but they were unfortunately wayyy too big so I returned and ordered down a size. When they arrived the label said they were low rise relaxed (not mid-rise baggy like I ordered), however, when I tried these jeans on they are clearly high rise going well above my belly button. I don't know what is going on but these are clearly mis-labeled. They are cute jeans but not what I wanted or what I ordered.

These jeans are not lightweight very heavy and the front fly is buttons not a zipper but they are not lightweight.

I initially ordered a 27P and exchanged for a 26P. Still too big so ordered a 25P which Im keeping. Im just over 5ft, waist 27 in, 107 lbs, short torso, athletic build. These fit like midrise on me. They fit loose but not overly baggy. They're too short for anything other than flats. Im going to buy a second pair in regular length to wear with trainers. These are comfortable but with enough structure to emphasize minimal curves. Best jeans I've found in a long time

Perfect drape. I ordered my usual size and a size down, and the smaller ones were a better fit. These do fit large, so consider 1-2 sizes down depending on how you like them to fit. I'm 5'2" and went with the regular inseam which puddles perfectly with flats and will work with a small heel.
