Fits in the shoulders and hangs well, open over a camisole. 5'4 135 36C got regular medium. Needed linen for travel to hot climate. Usually avoid button up shirts but this one fits and looks good. Got the white for versatility, a bit thin but could also wear buttoned up and still look good.
