The L size fit me perfectly, but was a bit too narrow for my chest, so I had to go with the XL which is huge on the sides (can be tailored, but it's a hassle). With all of that said it's a really nice looking shirt that would look good under a jacket anyway, so I went with the XL (and tailoring, but I wish I didn't have to tailor it). #sweepstakes

More impressive to me, though, was the customer service. I bought this online, but the shipping address auto populated the wrong state, and I didn't catch it. The next day, I got an email saying my order had been canceled because something had gone wrong. I called customer service, and the lady who helped me not only quickly found and corrected the error but also informed me that the item was more discounted than when I originally bought it. She resold it to me at the lower price even though the error was really my fault to begin with. This is the kind of customer service that makes me inclined to be loyal to a store.
