I need the size 00 Regular, a numerical size BR lacks. I first tried the 00 Petite, which was much too short in the body and sleeves. After that, I tried 0 Regular, which was too big all over, but I knew it would fit perfectly one size smaller. Sometimes I can wear a 00 Petite in tops, although not ...with this style. I have the same problem with pants, needing size 00 Regular. I implore BR to expand the lower end of their size range for basic pieces like this.
I typically wear a large so ordered a size 14. Wow, was it small, more like a size 8, 10 at best. Too bad. Fabric and cut looked great but it was just far too small. Looks like largest size available is a 16, which might resemble a 12. Perhaps it's meant to fit very snug. Just didn't work for m...e.

Flattering, perfect fit! After receiving the first one and trying it on I ordered another one - you can never have too many white, fitted, button down shirts. For reference - I ordered the 00P (or xxsp) and I am 5.1 and 105 lbs, 24 in waist).

I have been buying the Riley Tailored shirts for years. They are perfect to wear for any occasion. I really like the long cuffs in the newest ones. As others commented, this is a bit more see-through that it used to be. I wear a nude cami underneath and a blazer, so has never been an issue. Usual size 0 always fits perfectly. Black one is great too, although I am not surprised that the white always sells out. Perfect!
