This sequin top looks great online. In person, however, the fit is weird. I have an athletic build that includes broad shoulders. Muscle tops look good on me. This sequin top has shoulders so wide, they fall slightly over. The hip measurement is correct for my body type, so going down one size was not an option. The gathers in front do not create any sort of belly, which I liked. The cowl neck is small. So, in-between a true cowl and a t-shirt collar. The way this garnet is cut makes it look like I am not wearing it, but that it is wearing me. Will be returning.

I bought this top in the rose color. For a casual party look, I I plan on wearing it with jeans and a cranberry colored cardigan or a cranberry velvet blazer. Dressier version with the matching skirt. It fits so nicely and the cut flattering. There is a button at the back top , once on helps give it some shape. I am 5'3" and purchased the small and medium and kept the small.
