bananarepublic.gap.com/This is one of the classic chunky sweaters that BR has for this season. I love the non-drop shoulders (wish they stop this trend) and the classic cotton thickness. The only thing I dislike is the crop length, however, it surprisingly works for a petite frame. When paired with a high waisted pair of wool pants or jeans, the crop length works - you just need to have a blue or black t-shirt underneath so it does not expose your abdomen to the cold. This is a perfect sweater underneath a thick puffy coat that will keep you warm when the weather drops to near 0.

This sweater is great if you have any allergies to wool. I like the style and it is well made. The material is a bit heavier than I would like but will probably loosen up with wear. I rated it 4 because of the collar. It is a little too stiff and could be a bit more relaxed... maybe wider. I wore a white collared shirt underneath letting the shirt's collar show which made the neck area more comfortable. It also looks great with the contract - navy next to white.

bananarepublic.gap.com/This is a beautiful sweater. It's much heavier than I expected. It's warm and well made. I love the cropped length. It hits 2 or 3 inches below the waist. In the description it says the sleeves are a little long. I usually have to turn up the sleeves in most sweaters but didn't find the sleeves extra long. I did turn them up as usual. I did get it on sale and very happy with my purchase.
