This is one of the most beautiful dresses that you can dress up or down. The cotton is thick enough to keep its shape and the waist is beautifully defined. The only - is for the sleeves, I think they could be less huge, but overall very nice dress to wear to work during a hot summer day. I got the beige and black ones and hope you can do more colors like a berry red or taupe. Get your usual size.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I really am impressed with the waistline silhouette and the fabric quality of this dress! However what I don't like is how low the v-neck is...and the huge sleeve design. This is a dress that you can't really raise your arms much, just a heads up.
