However, it wasn't quite short enough to be a midi on me either, and just hit at an awkward place dangling inches above my ankle. Dress and pattern are so lovely but the length was not flattering at all on me, so returned. Would love it if BR could sell their maxi dresses in tall sizes!

gap.com/The color in real life is slightly different. It's more pinkish than I thought. I ordered one size bigger due to the tall not being available and I like my maxi dresses long. However when I received the item, it was covered with long strands of hair and also what looked like pet hair. I didn't bother. It was returned immediately. Wish the team would do a better job of vetting customer returns before shipping out to others. It felt like I was getting a used item at the price of a new item. Couldn't justify the purchase.

I love this dress and can't wait to wear it when the weather is better. I love the mesh material, which is light for packing but not too transparent. It has a built in slip that blends in. I also love the high neck, and it will be very versatile with a variety of jackets and sweaters. It is long. I am 5'9" and it is to my ankles.
