The length of the shirt is quite cropped for a petite and boxy. I'm 5'3" and the bottom of the top hit right above my waist. The deal breaker for me is how long the sleeves are compared to the cropped hem. It felt clownish.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I love an oversized, flowy long sleeve shirt, however beware this to is very cropped. Unfortunately it doesn't come in Tall sizes. I like the elastic on the wrist to adjust the sleeve length. It looks great with high waisted jeans
