Very flattering, got so many compliments. You can dress it up or down. I got it in white too.
I loved this dress but the length was not the length described for the regular fit. It was approximately 3" shorter. It would appear that a few other purchasers complained of the same thing! I had to return the dress because it was too short to reach my ankles. I would also like to comment on the p...rice of the dress whose fabric is more than half viscose! I would expect that purchasers can rely on the described sizing dimensions. The fit was perfect but so disappointed about the length.

I wasn't expecting to love this dress so much. The trapeze cut looks simple in the photo, but the way it moves in person is genuinely stunning. It swings beautifully when you walk and feels nothing like the boxy shapeless silhouettes that the name conjures. The viscose-linen blend is the real star. It's lightweight enough for hot days but has enough structure to hold the shape, and it doesn't cling. No sweating into a limp rag. It also drapes rather than wrinkling into a crumpled mess, which is more than I can say for most linen pieces I own. The mustard/golden color is rich and warm without being loud. It goes well with my skin tone. The style is versatile: sandals and a sun hat, mules and gold jewelry for dinner, or white sneakers for running errands. Size up if you are between sizes. The cut runs slightly narrow across the shoulders despite the relaxed body. Otherwise, this dress gets an easy five stars. I'm planning to get it in a different color.

bananarepublic.gap.com/Just received this dress. Brought an XXL in Terracotta. Like the fabric, style and cut of the dress. Great drape over the body and fit. The dress is shorter than the photo depicts. I am 5.3" so not tall and it only comes mid way between my knee and ankle. Not lower to the ankle like the picture shows. In saying that I am still keeping the dress as I really like it. Would wear it more if it was longer tho if though
