bananarepublic.gap.com/I was so excited to see that these pants had an 8.25" rise (in the description) but unfortunately the rise is 9.5". Loved the pants but since I'm short waisted I really need a low rise. These sat about an inch above my bellybutton. The pants are lovely but if you're looking for a low rise you'll be disappointed.

Purchased a Medium tall and they fit great! the waistline is a teeny bit snug on my (size 8/10) but it has a bit of elastic that makes it comfortable. If the waistline had no give, I would size up because it is a mid rise, not high rise. It is fitted around the hip and bum and drapes nicely from there without being baggy and sloppy looking. I wish they had it in pure white!! I would buy another pair.
