bananarepublic.gap.com/I wanted to love this. The dress has little shape because there is no zipper. The sleeves are overwhelming. I got an XS because of tbe reviews about fit, but I should have tried XXS. I will not be keeping this dress. It looks sloppy on.

Love this dress. Length is good/suitable for the office. Sleeves are a bit poofy but not too bad. Deducted one star as the bust is a bit snug but again nothing major and able to get on/off quite easily.

I love the neckline and lantern sleeves in particular. One thing I'd mention is this isn't a dress you'd wear in 90 degree weather, as it's a thick cotton and almost kind of canvas-y.
