I usually LOVE all my banana republic purchases but this one did NOT hit the mark. It is a very gray shirt with thin stripes. Only trust the pictures that customers are posting here, NOT the item photos on the site. Very disappointing, will have to return.

Just as others have mentioned, the blouse I received is completely different from what's pictured. The colours aren't as vivid as the advertised one. They're actually not vivid at all.

I was so excited for this top, but the striped fabric I was sent was not what is pictured. Instead of those vibrant colors, the stripes were thin and drab, with the brown color dominating. I ordered two sizes and definitely as it looked voluminous. Sizing down would have been perfect for fit, but the fabric pattern was so underwhelming that I returned both sizes. What a disappointment!

I was excited for the vibrant print, but when it arrived, it was a mostly dark brown shirt with very tiny, dull stripes of color. The picture completely misrepresents the pattern… what I received is not even the same shirt.

The color is a chocolate drab. Brown. The strays are thin muted yellow, blue and red. The model, the shirt looks a burgundy/ rust color, in fact, it is a deep brown.I don't know if this is the right shirt, but it is a huge disappointment. And speaking of huge, I purchased that x x small and the pit-to-pit is a 24". The fabric is a good weight but it's MORE of a clown/ renaissance shirt (not in a good way) and LESS of an ironic "I'm trying to be laid back in a designer look". Not excited about this season, so many pieces I've sent back, its exhausting. Big miss for me, or I got the wrong size and color? Ladies who need more room in the chest may love this!

Absolutely love it

Ordered XXS. I had to check to make sure I received the right size. It is Large - I mean - it is large. The color is dull and not as vibrant as it is in the picture. More brown than the reddish stripes, so I am wondering whether had variations on fabric. If you tuck it in - it looks okay but on a 5'3" 107 Lbs gal - this is huge. The feel of the metrical is great however - the quality - not so sure about. May return it.

The quality of the linen fabric is outstanding, and I love the style, but my goodness the top is big -the size L measures 60" around at the bust area! And the sleeves are similarly baggy as well. I ordered the brown striped colorway, and it is darker than what was depicted on my screen when I ordered. I expected a reddish brown, but it is a darker, almost grey-toned brown that I actually like better. Anyway, I am going to have to return the size L and will likely re-order in a smaller size, especially if a sale comes along.

The blouse is beautiful but not as bright and vibrant as it appears online. The background is a cross between a grayish brown and the lines are smaller. The color of the blouse is why I bought it. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it.
