The waistband has elastic, which I would normally love, but because of the way it is attached it gets bunched, twisted, and ruins the silhouette this skirt should have. For me, that's not justifiable on a skirt of this price-point. Otherwise, This skirt is true to size

I went to my local store looking for something else and decided to try this on as a lark - and I unexpectedly loved it. It doesn't look as poofy in person - my usual S fit perfectly. The brown is a rich color and a nice alternative to black - in fact, I liked it better than the black version.

All I will say is that I have this skirt in the three colors… gorgeous flow, perfect length, it does run a tad small (for petites anyways). I am 5.1 and 103-105 lbs, 24 in waist. 00P or xxsP (I don't remember), it's a little snug on the waist, but everything else is perfect. I should have sized up a size- well, I will just eat less when I wear it 😂. And no, I don't mind that wrinkles quite easily.
