I bought Small which is my size and it fit well except... The dress is mid calf on me and I am 5'11''. I really wish this were longer. I am returning, but I think it's a great dress. If you are 5'6''-5'8'' this should be very luxe on you.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I bought the navy and burgundy for days that it is too hot to have any clothes on. At the office, added a wide belt with linen blazer. After work, take the belt off to have an easier time outside. I sized down one size. Yes, it is flowy dress and that is the intention of the silhouette! This dress is perfect if you are experiencing hot flashes. One just needs to add accessories (long necklace or belt) to make the dress shine.

Also, the color is very cool toned in person vs warm, despite having brown in it. However, the quality is amazing. Honestly, if it was available in a warmer, vivid color, I'd keep it and add a belt or something to help with waist definition. It's definitely an effortless, no fuss, throw on and go outfit. Could easily be a summer staple with some work or if you don't mind the super oversized look.
