After work, take the belt off to have an easier time outside. I sized down one size. Yes, it is flowy dress and that is the intention of the silhouette! This dress is perfect if you are experiencing hot flashes. One just needs to add accessories (long necklace or belt) to make the dress shine.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I'm 5'3", 145lbs, 32D. I ordered a size S. The length was perfect, it fit great on my chest/shoulder area, but it was still very big in the waist area. Also, the color is very cool toned in person vs warm, despite having brown in it. However, the quality is amazing. Honestly, if it was available in a warmer, vivid color, I'd keep it and add a belt or something to help with waist definition. It's definitely an effortless, no fuss, throw on and go outfit. Could easily be a summer staple with some work or if you don't mind the super oversized look.
