This dress fits true to size; it is just a flowy, lots of material dress. The pattern is stunning and although sheer in the over fabric, the internal slip does its job. It snaps in, so you don't have to worry about straps falling during wear, and snaps out for easy washing. I cold water washed and hung to dry with virtually no wrinkles. Lots of compliments! I wish I bought the other colours before they sold out!

Although it is a bit sheer-as others have noted there is a cotton slip dress included. And it has pockets! It is oversized so definitely size down as instructed. The slip dress underneath is larger too although more fitted (there's is no way I would have normally fit in a xs/s straight cut cotton slip). Looks really cute with an empire waist belt.

This dress is extremely oversized. I often wear an XL or XXL and ordered this dress in M/L and it was gigantic on me. This makes it really unflattering. The fabric is also quite sheer. Instant return for me, unfortunately.
