We make it easy to shop across our four sites: gapcanada.ca, oldnavy.ca, bananarepublic.ca, athleta.ca, bananarepublicfactory.ca. Your account is universal, meaning you can log in to and shop across all of our sites with a single username and password. If you ever need to update your personal information, including shipping and billing preferences or email address, you will only have to do it once, and any changes you make will be reflected across all four sites.

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on the web site. At this time, you would need to re-enter your email address and password in order to access your personal information. You can also sign out by clicking "Sign Out" on the home page or the order confirmation page.

As part of our registration process, you will be asked to provide the following information:

Your name and e-mail address
A password and password hint, to help you in case you can't remember your password during future visits

You will also have the opportunity to fill out a customer profile. Please feel free to complete the questions to help us learn more about you. Your answers will ultimately help us improve your shopping experience. Saving Billing and Shipping Info

When saving your billing and shipping info, enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incomplete or incorrect info may slow order processing. A phone number is required in case of delivery problems.

Using Your Address Book

You can save up to 30 frequently used addresses for yourself and the friends and family you shop for. We will not contact any contact in your address list unless we have a specific question about a delivery. Read our privacy policy for more information.

Email Sign-up

Sign up here for our marketing email updates and you will receive newsletters with the latest trends, new arrivals, special offers, and sale announcements. If you’re not already signed up for emails, use the email associated with your Membership to get 250 bonus points when you subscribe.

We use your past purchases as well as any preferences you've selected to provide you with the news you're most likely to be interested in. You can change your email preferences at any time by clicking on "Your Account" at the top of any page on our site and then clicking "Manage Email Preferences".

Email and Postal Unsubscribing
