This looked like such an interesting style but I worried that it would be too full for 5'4". The original S I ordered (usually wear 8) was too much. I reordered xs and it fit well. Looking forward to spring weather t wear it.

bananarepublic.gap.com/As someone with a small waist and wide hips/butt, I struggle with these kinds of voluminous mid skirts. They can really swallow me up. But this one somehow is super flattering, flowy but not bulky. The high, slightly paper bag waist creates an interesting silhouette with a tucked-in tee, or you can let it hang out for a more casual look. Might even transition into fall with a slouchy sweater and tall boots. Good quality for the price as well.
