bananarepublic.gap.com/i hesitated to buy because of the mixed reviews, but i do like this dress. i am 120 lb and 5'7 and ordered the small and the fit is perfect. some reviews said it was too short but this is almost on the floor for me, i love the length! i can see why the material would be off-putting...its more of a tencel/spandexy feeling material that is lightweight and for a long sleeve dress i would have loved it to have been cashmere or something softer/warmer. anyhow, i do like it and bonus it comes with a built in slip. my ding of a star is that while it is flowy it does hug my tummy a tad so i need a bit of shapewear underneath.

Light weight dress that drapes over curves without clinging. Great for Southern California warm winter days and cool nights. Works well with casual slides as well as layered to include boots with tights. Wardrobe staple!

bananarepublic.gap.com/I had this dress in my cart and was excited to finally order last week. So disappointed. I purchased the small regular and it was at least 4 inches too short (for a maxi). I am 5'7' and slim. On the hanger it looked like a choir robe, put it on and didn't look any better. Double layer, which was a good idea, but dress was just meh.
