The shirt is very good quality, but I'm not a fan of the square hem with side vents, it gives the shirt a boxy, unflattering look. Since it was a final sale and I can't return it, I'm taking it to my tailor to change it to a shirttail hem.

bananarepublic.gap.com/COLORS: More muted than BR photos. Shirt grid has doesn't have yellow tinge in BR photos, closer to khaki, goes well with beige, black, brown, & khaki pants. QUALITY: Square hem on bottom front of shirt received not straight. Hem jogs up about 1/4 inch, 3.5" from where it ends on shirt left, and 2.5" on right. Very noticeable, cuts into the pattern of the shirt for 6" across. SEE PHOTO. Would like to exchange, but LT size currently out of stock. REVIEWS NOT APPEARING AS VERIFIED BUYER: 2 previous reviews left for BR products don't appear as Verified Buyer. 1st review left with BR Rewards account email in the Write A Review/Email field used for verifying the review. I opened up the cellophane pack it was in and the order was horrendous. The shirt itself had the worst odor. Needless to say I returned it.
