This would be a lovely sweater except it is flawed. The seaming is sewn weird and it makes it look like a hole. For a $160 cashmere sweater you would expect better quality. This seems to be a frequent issue with everything I have ordered in the last several months. Just creates more hassle to return. No easy replacement ordering, you have to return, wait for points, call customer service and have them reorder to match any discounts or promotions no longer active. Shopping at BR has become a chore. Lovely sweater, true to size, unfortunate quality and terrible customer service process.

Just got it, so it is difficult to review everything, especially how it will look after wear and few washes. I am 5.9, 125 lbs, purchased M, a bit loose but still elegant. It gives me some room for a silk blouse under it. Since S also fitted well, I had to make a choice... Love the V neck and the colour, as not all navy shades are flattering on me. It looks great with multicolour strand of pearls. It is rather a thin texture, which can be a problem later. (I am not sure how the shape and fabric will hold)

This cashmere sweater is amazing. I love the v neck and the overall fit. It is a bit longer than I'd like, as I'm petite, but otherwise a great buy on sale. The bright green is vibrant and I've received many compliments on the color. The cashmere is soft, and yes it pills with wear, but that is the nature of cashmere. This is lightweight but but thicker than I expected based on reviews. I

I was told they were going to improve their quality when they eliminated all of the sales and raised their prices. Unfortunately, this has not been true. Their sweater quality is the worst I have come across. My cashmere and wool from BR look terrible after a handful of wears.

I received this sweater as a Christmas gift from my husband. It's a beautiful green color and very soft, but it started pilling after wearing it twice. It looks terrible. There is no way I can continue to wear this sweater. I tried to return it, but the store would not accept it. They offered to "shave it", which seems like an admission that it looks horrible. I am a faithful Banana Republic shopper, but this experience was subpar.
