I usually wear petite size 4-6 or 27. These jeans are a beautiful colour and weight. Very flattering. However, 27P was tight so I sized up to 28P; nice and comfy, and you can tighten with the drawstring, but the 28P are an inch longer! Too long for me at 5'2". A stretch waist would have been pe...rfect!
I tried these on in store and even though I was in love with the colour and the comfy fit, I just wouldn't buy them because they are SUPER short ! Like above ankle and not flattering at all. There is absolutely no way the model is 5'11" and wearing a size 26 as described. For reference, I am only 5'...7" and tried on a size 25 and like I said, they're way above ankle on me. Anyone saying these are long is giving misleading info.

I just ordered the "Bright White" because last year the white was more Ivory cream colored than white and I figured with color name of bright white it would be white but it is not. They are the same color as last year more of an ivory cream warm color. Disappointed they still haven't made these in actual white denim!

These pants are true to the size and comfortable to wear. However the length is too long so I have to get is altered. The good thing is that Banana Republic has a seamstress and they will be able to fix the length problem. I don't have to pay for the alterations because I am BR memeber. The jeans a comfortable and looks great.

Lovely mid rise jeans! Soft but not too soft. Fits butt well and hang nicely. Dress up or down. Bought them in cream and black so far. Definitely recommend. In a sea of high waisted jeans (which I don't like), these are refreshing.
