I usually wear petite size 4-6 or 27. These jeans are a beautiful colour and weight. Very flattering. However, 27P was tight so I sized up to 28P; nice and comfy, and you can tighten with the drawstring, but the 28P are an inch longer! Too long for me at 5'2". A stretch waist would have been pe...rfect!
I wanted a pair of loose, laidback jeans for the summer and these had good reviews so I purchased my usual size. They're definitely cute, but unfortunately they're way too short. (I'm 5'7 for reference). The regular length is advertised as 31 inches, but I measured the actual inseam and it's only 29... inches. The colour also seems slightly off - it's not a nice light blue like the photo, but a more dirty faded blue. Not sure if I just got sent the wrong item, but overall I'm disappointed.

I have numerous pairs of BR jeans and I take a size 30R so thats the size I bought in this style in white (I have last years med wash) they're tight at the waist and hip. Try before you buy.

I typically buy a size 6. And these jeans fit perfectly, they are a little long for flats but work well with a higher shoe maybe 2". These are the second pair I bought because I liked them that much. The jeans are a heavier material as most of the jeans I buy at BR. I am 5'5 and weigh 126.
