Like the fit and colour of this model jeans. Nice and thick cotton. Only dissapointment is previous jeans had a sueded/leather patch at back. This one only has an outline stitched of where it would have been - yet it's shown to have one in the picture... Definitely a let down and false depiction, especially at this price point.

Great fit. Nice structure to the jean with a heavier material than the traveler jean. Slightly wider in the leg than the traveler slim fit jean which is also nice. More room to move comfortably.

bananarepublic.gap.com/During the first time I wore the jeans the waist snap popped off as well as a pocket rivet. The jeans were self destructing. When I brought them to the Burlington Vt store, they originally would not offer a return noting I had washed them putting the quality blame on the customer. This was surprising in this day and age of customer service and choices. I was also surprised given I intentionally went to the store to purchase and but local. When I contacted the corporate office, they immediately said they want to know about clothing defects and have a return policy for it. It will take a lot to ever shop there or recommended this company again.

Hard to find such good quality denim jeans made with 99% cotton. Most jeans are cotton mixed with elastane and tend to shrink. This one is premium at an affordable price.

Nowadays, there is so much denim out there, and navigating all the brands, fit & cuts can be discouraging. I pop into BR every once in a while and get lucky. Like with these. First off...LOVE the color. Black with hints of copper. Fit is slim, but plenty of room and just the right amount of stretch. This pair of jeans is like nothing I ever owned: In a good way.
