This item came shipped from the warehouse. It came individually bagged. Another shirt in the same order came shipped direct from a store and was not bagged but it had a fragrance on it that smelled like the store fragrance. This brown polo that came bagged had a very pungent smell that was so off pu...tting that I had to leave it in the garage to air out. It is fine now but it did leave me with some concern as to what possible chemicals were on my shirt. Color is true to picture. Material is smooth and soft. Sits well on the body.
I normally don't do reviews but this needs to be said. The shirt looks great but my order from online came with stains on it which can't be removed. It appears to have been a returned product as the price was scribbled off. further disappointed because there is no other shirt in that size and colo...ur that I can exchange. This comes on the heel of a luxury touch t shirt that I bought where the sleeves on one arm was 1.5 inch wider than the other arm. This is really disappointing. I think quality control really needs to be improved. Ive shopped at banana republic for over 20 years and never had these issues until the last few years

Let me start by saying that I love BR and this is my first negative review.. I don't understand why they added this knit tape like finish on the end of the sleeves.. the fabric is awesome colours are great but after only one washing the sleeve detail turns in and wont' lay flat.. Maybe the the other reviews don't mind this type of detail...but it really makes this nice polo look cheap .....I wish i could return it

Purchase a medium, but my husband needed a large. After selling out online, I tried to locate in MA. With the help of the assistant manager at Burlington, she was able to locate (7) of them in one store in Texas. Purchased a gift card in store and had it mailed to me. What a handsome design and gorgeous color!!!!
