This item came shipped from the warehouse. It came individually bagged. Another shirt in the same order came shipped direct from a store and was not bagged but it had a fragrance on it that smelled like the store fragrance. This brown polo that came bagged had a very pungent smell that was so off pu...tting that I had to leave it in the garage to air out. It is fine now but it did leave me with some concern as to what possible chemicals were on my shirt. Color is true to picture. Material is smooth and soft. Sits well on the body.
I normally don't do reviews but this needs to be said. The shirt looks great but my order from online came with stains on it which can't be removed. It appears to have been a returned product as the price was scribbled off. further disappointed because there is no other shirt in that size and colo...ur that I can exchange. This comes on the heel of a luxury touch t shirt that I bought where the sleeves on one arm was 1.5 inch wider than the other arm. This is really disappointing. I think quality control really needs to be improved. Ive shopped at banana republic for over 20 years and never had these issues until the last few years

bananarepublic.gap.com/I've noticed that the last few seasons you've added a special herringbone knit trim to the sleeves of these polos. The problem is that when they are washed and dried, this knit trim folds into itself creating an awful lumpy effect. PLEASE go back to a simpler rib knit trim!
