This item came shipped from the warehouse. It came individually bagged. Another shirt in the same order came shipped direct from a store and was not bagged but it had a fragrance on it that smelled like the store fragrance. This brown polo that came bagged had a very pungent smell that was so off pu...tting that I had to leave it in the garage to air out. It is fine now but it did leave me with some concern as to what possible chemicals were on my shirt. Color is true to picture. Material is smooth and soft. Sits well on the body.
I normally don't do reviews but this needs to be said. The shirt looks great but my order from online came with stains on it which can't be removed. It appears to have been a returned product as the price was scribbled off. further disappointed because there is no other shirt in that size and colo...ur that I can exchange. This comes on the heel of a luxury touch t shirt that I bought where the sleeves on one arm was 1.5 inch wider than the other arm. This is really disappointing. I think quality control really needs to be improved. Ive shopped at banana republic for over 20 years and never had these issues until the last few years

bananarepublic.gap.com/I recently bought two of these polos, while the material is quite nice, the cuffs on the sleeves are horrible. They don't lay flat and curl making the them unwearable in public. What a waste of money. I will end up throwing these out.

Wore this to our company headquarters and got compliments. The fabric has a nice weight to it. Fit was true to size, comfortable enough for a full day of meetings but still looked sharp. I bought 5 different colors of the same shirt.

As mentioned in some of the other comments, this year's version is flawed - the fabric used to finish the end of the sleeves curls after the first washing, rendering the short unwearable. This came as a bad surprise, as I had bought the same product last year, but it came with much better trim fabric. I didn't start wearing the 5 new shirts this year until after the return window had closed, so all 5 are now at a Goodwill store. Needless to say, I'm done with Banana Republic - my experience was completely unacceptable.

Not only is the feel of the polo amazing it fits great. It's loose in the right places while emphasizing arms and chest. Also the arm hole details are a nice touch.

I ordered this in a medium/tall and the fit was fantastic. It was the best fitting polo I've ever purchased. It's important to know that the medium/tall from BR is a completely different fit than the medium/tall from BR Factory, which is much boxier. #sweepstakes
