Love the fit, drape of these jeans. Definitely a heavy fabric so not really a summer jean. Sizing note: jeans at BR and Gap have run small for about 2 years now. My old size 29 jeans from BR are side by side the same size as a size 30 from BR now. So just keep that in mine when you purchase, you mig...ht be sizing up even if you haven't changed in size. Also I wish the lengths would be updated: a regular is too short for me, long is too long so I end up buying long and having them shortened which is an extra expense I wish I didn't have to add in.
Bought these jeans and had some from last fall that were wide as well. Banana Republic completely ruined the long length as it's barely a 33" inseam. L in e many leggy tall women I need at least a 35 " and especially with a wide leg where you want an elegant flowing look they should be long. I feel ...so sad and am shocked that Banana Republic would shorten their long so short women don't need to hem while we tall women simply cacti purchase. Please add the extra length so we can be customers. If you did it across the board as in regular and tall you wouldn't have 5'6" and 5'7" needing to buy a long length and you would also capture the taller customer as you did previously.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I love the cut and fit of these jeans. I'm 5'3" and 122 lbs and got the size 28. They are slimming and make my legs look long. However, after a few washes, the color now looks splotchy and weird. I bought them to wear at work because they were a dark black denim, and now I can't. They were also very expensive. What a shame.

I sized up like some of the reviews suggested but not sure I'm keeping, these jeans are very heavy. The fit is good but the heaviness I think is too much. I'm regularly a 28 and purchased a 29. I'm 5'5", 145 lbs. larger on top. Otherwise, I Love the color, I've been looking for a nice gray pair of jeans.

They are high waisted, but the look is great for shorter tops. I also like the wide leg. It is not too wide, but again flattering with a shorter top like the crochet sweater Banana sells :) You can dress these jeans up or down.

Love the quality (weight and softness) of these jeans and how well suited they are for my curvy shape. The petite length fit perfectly for my 5ft 3in height.

I love the shape of these jeans, not too wide. They fall straight down from the hips. They are pretty heavy, more suitable for cool weather. I think they run a bit small. I often wear a 29, but the 30 in this style is fitted for me. I got the faded black, which is a very versatile gray color.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I am 5'6" and an athletic 120lbs. Between a 25 and 26 and all other banana jeans are a 25 so that is the size I ordered. The waist is too tight, but unfortunately already washed and the 26 is sold out. Bummer.
