This sweater looks and feels great! It's not itchy, but instead feels cozy and soft. (I don't usually have issues with merino wool, especially when it's blended with other fibers.) It isn't heavy or light, but more-so in the middle. The waistband falls below the waist, but above the hips. I do need... to cuff the arms to fit me, but it looks good. I bought it in two colors, the sea blue, and mushroom taupe. I hope to wear the taupe one with jeans or black dress pants. I bought them in size medium even though according to the size chart, I should be buying a small. FYI, I am 5'3" & have a 34D chest. I recommend this sweater!
I purchased this sweater in two colors, a lovely creamy brown and the orange. I wore the brown sweater, and it pilled badly where the sleeves rub against the body of the sweater - giant huge logs of pills were hanging off the sweater. Then I washed it - as per instructions - and it shrunk so badly ...it is completely unwearable. I have other 100% merino and even cashmere sweaters that wash better than this one, stay away.

Specially when I went to store 2070 NE Allie Ave #420 Hillsboro, OR 97124. The women was not professional to handle the customer questions. Super disappointed to the customer service and the quality as I haven't had any issues before. I brought all of my professional work clothes from here, I am happy with all of them.

runs a little small, wish it were an inch or two shorter in the body (and I'm 5'8"), but a lovely color, substantial heft to the fabric, and feels nice on the body

bananarepublic.gap.com/I bought two of these and washed both on gentle with a detergent made for wool and cashmere sweaters. Both sweaters shrunk at least one whole size. If that wasn't bad enough the sleeves shrunk (width wise) as well making them unwearable. This has happened before but with their 100% wool items which I no longer buy. But I thought since it was only 55% wool that this wouldn't happen. If you plan to buy I would highly recommend dry cleaning it only.
