bananarepublic.gap.com/I adored these pants the first time I wore them... but then I washed them (according to instructions) and the length shrunk at least 3 inches and left the fabric in a crumpled state. They improved after ironing, but unfortunately the length is too short now. Wishing I could return now that I know this.

First discovered after went on sale, ordered the black in size up and champagne in size down (size up wasn't available)-the size up worked best as my hips and thighs are what they are. Distraught when the size i need was OOS-then when returning the smaller ones at a store, Lance found one pair that was apparently returned and go them on order!
