- Based on a Banana Republic jacket from the 90s, we've remade this archival piece in a crinkle nylon with water-resistant finish to keep the elements out. We preserved all the details of the amazing original: the relaxed fit, the stand collar with hidden hood, and the plethora of pockets.
- Relaxed Fit: A straight & roomy fit with a dropped shoulder seam.
- Stand collar with zip away hood. Zip and snap front closure.
- Five exterior pockets.
- Internal bungee at the waist.

My son loves this medium weight longer jacket for summer and fall. It's roomy enough to layer but very stylish, not sloppy. The fabric I feels high end and amazing and the mustard/yellow color is really nice. Best of all, this jacket has a hood that can be hidden away in the collar. My son says the jacket kept him dry in the rain! Perfect jacket for all seasons. "Sweap stakes"

My son accompanied me to BR store recently and came across this jacket. It's perfect for summer and fall, has nice pockets and the fabric feels very nice and has good weight. Best of all, It has a hood that can be tucked away in the collar when not needed. A fabulous idea! Please make this style for women! The sale price was a bonus and made it more attractive. He purchased the mustardy/ gold color which is very attractive. He swore this jacket on a rainy day and said it kept him completely dry! Definitely a winner! Thanks BR!

This parka is perfect! Reminds me of childhood in the 90s as far as the fit goes. I'm glad I went with a large even though it is a bit big, that's perfect for layering. The material is heavy weight so it can be very warm but this will for sure protect you in the rain. I'll definitely be buying more from the archive collection. I'll never need another rain jacket!
