This is a lovely linen dress, but as with many BR dresses, the shoulder to waist measurement is long when ordering bigger sizes. Would sure like to see a plus petite option in dresses and blazers! I've had to return most dresses for this reason.
The linen is very good quality, and I loved the olive color. However, as someone else pointed out, it really needs a zipper. I ordered my size and one size larger. My usual size fit my body very nicely, but I needed help to take it off. I just cannot keep something I need help getting out of! The la...rger size would have needed so many alterations that it was not worth keeping.

bananarepublic.gap.com/As a designer I have to ask why is there no zipper? I bought the XXS, it fits me beautifully, but I could barely get it off! Considered taking to seamstress to put one in. An XS would be a completely different fit. Still deciding if I will keep. A fit bodice requires someway to get in and out of dress comfortably.

The way I have to contort my body to get the dress off is the only reason I would return it. I like it so much I might just put up with it. I bought a small and am 5'10" with a 36 a/b bust. The small fits perfectly.

I got it anyway and took it home. I tried different undergarments. I even tried going undergarment free. Nothing changed the way the bust fit, so I ultimately returned the dress. I am 5'8"and wear a size medium, and my chest is 38DD, so I have enough to fill out the top.

It would have been nice to have a zipper but with that said, I appreciate the uninterrupted lines of the dress. Very happy with this purchase.
