bananarepublic.gap.com/I ordered a size down (usually a medium, ordered a small) and it got ok but sleeves are huge. Also yellow dress is see-thru even with nude underwear. If it was less expensive, it might be passable for a casual grocery run when it's hot, but it's too expensive to have those flaws.

The material is light and breathable Cotton. Great for hot weather. I really don't like the fit. It is not flattering, made me look bigger and it looks frumpy. I am really disappointed with this dress from Banana Republic as opposed to some BR Cotton dresses I got last year which I loved. As for the sizing, I am 5'6 and I have a really short torso, so I got the petite size and it was the right decision for me.

I loved the dress, and didn't find the sleeves too puffy or the neck too wide or see through, or really anything that I read in the other reviews. That said, I am returning it because I look good in a lemon yellow, as it appears on the website, but it is almost a greeny-yellow which is definitely not my colour. I'm sad :/
