Got this dress in yellow, petite small. For reference, I am 5'2 and 117 lbs. The length is good (as shown) but there is a lot of fabric in this dress to contend with. The color is definitely "snake-eye," meaning while it looks like a clean, bright yellow online, it has a distinct green tinge. The tw...isted shoulder detail is a nice concept, but in practice, it adds unnecessary bulk across the chest, which might be a concern if you prefer a sleeker silhouette. That said, it is still a pretty summery piece. Just haven't decided if it's right for me.
I followed the size guide, I am usually a size small, ordered a size small even though I am +20lbs and pregnant and this dress is still way too big. I can't return it and I'm very disappointed with my purchase.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I purchased this dress in an XXL. For reference, Im 5'6 245 and I carry my weight in my midsection. This dress is perfect for work, church and out and about. I would however suggest sizing down. Even in the larger size, I get compliments. The dress is very polished and is easy to style. I actually purchased all 5 colors and dont regret it. Each color has its own personality.

I got 3 colors: white, green & blue. the blue is nothing like the pucture, it's darker and a bit muted, but still pretty. i dont know who made the decision to make its ties off white, they look odd. Theyre sewn very securely in place, so it was a bit of work to get them out. It looks good with a brown belt.

I'm 5'3" 220lb 34H and I wear this dress in an XL. This dress is the perfect 'I don't know what to wear piece'. It's unfussy but still attractive, you can wear it on a super active day or for work and have it look lovely the whole time or dress it up for a casual wedding or date. While not my favorite, I did buy three of them this year in different colors because they're just so easy and versatile. Bonus- the drawstring waist is very adjustable which is nice as a human with organs.

I ordered a size Medium based on reviews and it is too big, even though that is my typical size. The side ties are not as cute as I thought...they're an ugly canvas. I thought they were white fabric. The dress reminds me of those pillowcase dresses that people used to make little kids. Can't return it because it's final sale, so, live and learn.
