5'9', 172 lbs, size 12. I bought the skirt in a M and it wears well- heavy but the right kind of heavy, not flyaway, but not a hot material. Hit at my ankles so it may be tall for anyone under 5'7". Oh, and the strings on the side are functional even with an elastic waistband.

Just like many of the other "flowy" skirts here, this one looks nothing like the video when worn. No where near as much material as shown. Can't believe the price point for what wears like a thick bedsheet. Couldn't return quick enough.
