However, I can say I've tried on several BR items these last few months that varied in fit, even though I bought the same exact size, just different colors. So I do wonder what's going on with product QA and consistency.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I bought this top in several colors to pair with their various maxi skirts, the brown and the stripe go well with the cotton poplin brown maxi and the cream goes well with the black linen maxi and then you can mix and match from there. All that to say you need a cami and I sized up from my usual XS to a M.
