I read every review before purchasing a size regular small online. I'm 5'5 and 125 lbs. I've gained 15 lbs through perimenopause so I never know what size to order anymore. I used to always be an xs. I ordered the small and while I like the length the bagginess through the leg is way oversized compa...red to how they fit in the photos online. I now have to drive 45 minutes to return and I still very much want these pants and have no idea whether to re-order a xxs or xs. I also purchased these during a 40% off sale and will not get that discount upon re-ordering, a disappointment. Still a beautiful, high quality pair of pants, very nice linen and the green is so rich looking, will go with everything!
Loved initial fit check, washed and wore. By end of day stretched out to ridiculous proportions. What a huge disappointment as washed /worn and the fit was already generous (intentional with cut). I ordered two additional pairs of linen pants for the summer, different cut - will have to return t...hose - as an intentional became clownish by end of day. If I could return these I would but sadly washed them. I know linen has some give but these are unwearable unfortunately.

For reference I am a petite woman with a 26.5' waist, 35" hip and a 28" inseam. Most manufacturer's a 2 or a 4 or a S. ( even a 6 in Lulu) BR brands- 0, sometimes 00. Their clothes just keep getting bigger and bigger. It is crazy. These are going back as fast as possible.

I absolutely love these pants! They are incredibly versatile and look great dressed up with a blazer or worn casually with a T-shirt. The fit is flattering, the fabric is comfortable, and they have quickly become one of my favorite wardrobe staples. For reference, I'm 5'4" (164 cm) and 117 lbs (53 kg), and the XS fits perfectly. I was so happy with my first pair that I came back and bought another pair in a different color. Highly recommend!

Fabric is thin, and the cut is loose, which I loved for summer in New York, but they started pilling almost immediately on inner thighs and wore down to actual holes in record time. Sadly, now unwearable. Not the quality I expected from BR.

I should have read the reviews first and ordered them in the Tall rather than Regular. I'm 5'7" and the pants are higher up my leg than I like. I wanted a true ankle length like in the pictures of the models. Other than that - the linen is light and airy. The barrel shape keeps the material off my legs, making them great for hot summer days. I've ordered another pair in the Tall.
