I purchased the natural linen color and it is absolutely beautiful fabric and I love the neutral color, especially for the summer months. Normally when BR offers a 00 and zero I typically go for the zero but after reading the reviews, I opted for a two petite and it is absolutely perfect. This will be an item that I will reach for in my wardrobe year after year.

Sizing: true to size if you are narrow through the ribs. I usually wear a 4 and this is perfect in a 4 - but I don't hold weight across my ribs. I see many saying it's too tight across the ribs - guess it depends where you hold weight. I am tall, narrow waist and small boobs and think it's great for my build. Easy to throw on, looks put together and elegant. Two friends have bought it after seeing it on me - I wear it all the time in hot weather and own in two colors. Nice dip at the neckline adds some interest. Only thing I don't like is the ties on the arms - they are unnecessary and come undone regularly.

I'm 5'4, 117 lbs, bought size 4 in petite. The length, was perfect and color was beautiful, the fit on the shoulders and bra area fits perfectly. Unfortunately, it was very tight along the rib cage. I'm still debating on whether to return it since the size six is no longer available. Not sure I would be comfortable in the dress even though it fits everywhere else. 😓 according to some of the other reviews even if they size up the problem is always the tightness along the upper rib cage.

I'm glad I read the reviews before ordering this dress. I'm a small-medium. Usually a 6 in dresses, sometimes an 8. The 10 is snug and fits like a small cut 6. Beautiful color and fabric. Nice movement. Thank you to those leaving reviews. It's truly helpful.

I love the casual fit of this dress - however, I did exchange it for the green version because I felt the beige washed me out. But I would have kept both IF they were both on sale! Love the neckline!

The sizing is very off. I ordered my normal size at BR. This has consistently been the right size in the past. The band at the ribs was way too tight and I couldn't even zip it up. So I ordered the next size up. I could get the zipper closed but still too tight. I thought surely one more size up would fit so I ordered one more size up (now 2 sizes beyond my normal size). I couldn't even close this one - it felt smaller than the original one (2 sizes down). Something is very off with the sizing. I really liked the dress and love the green color, but it seems like there is no way to get a size that actually fits.

This light linen dress is just what I needed for summer. I'll be taking it on vacation to the islands, wearing it to lunch with friends, or a date night. It's so versatile that I can dress it up with accessories or as is with simple jewelry. So glad to have found it!

Read the reviews! I'm usually a spot-on 0 in BR. It fit everywhere perfectly but would not zip up past/around ribcage with empire waist. A size 2 barely was able to zip but made it. But the color and flowiness is SO beautiful!

I wish that this fit because the color is beautiful. However I should've ordered the 8 in stead of a 4. I took a chance because my usual size 6 wasn't in stock. It wouldn't have mattered because the bodice runs so small. I'm 5'2" 125 lbs. and the dress hit me just below the calf which was flattering. It's a light to medium weight linen and I see no problem with any sheerness to the skirt. I do have medium to wide shoulders and the cut accentuated that so I don't think I'll try to buy an 8.
