Great design but depressing terrible construction. Seams were pressed and sewn crooked and wiggly. Fabric is also on the thin side but I don't mind that in a summer pant. Would love to see this style come back in a slightly nicer fabric and with construction up to the standard I'm used to from banan...a republic. Also there is something weird going on with the size large tall as mine were also 4-5inches shorter than the XL just like another commenter mentioned.
I ordered these in a Tall, and they are most certainly not tall. Im 5'11" and these were several inches above my ankle. The fabric is also disappointing - feels cheap, very wrinkled. They looked like pj's that I had borrowed from the back of someone closet. Not worth the price. Returningm

I have only work them once with a high neck sleeveless shirt and thong flip flops. Comfy and pulled together. The pants do have some volume, but moderately so. I have not washed them yet, but I anticipate washing them in cold, air drying them, and steaming them. I am afraid they will shrink otherwise.

The Lightweight Cotton Balloon Pant has become my favorite purchase of the summer. The fabric is made from lightweight cotton that feels cool and breathable on hot days, yet it isn't see-through, which is a huge plus. I usually wear an XL with the regular inseam, and I found them to be true to size. I noticed some reviews recommending sizing down, so I also ordered a size L to compare. Pants are far more voluminous than shown, almost clownish, and shorter than expected. Unfortunately, this pant does not get this style right. It requires some volume control to make it as fashionable as shown in the picture above. I will say the fabric is quite nice.

These are so Great I came back and bought a second pair of the Black. I reach for these the most out of all my pants. The cotton is beautifully soft, with no toxic Recycled fabrics. The balloon style is airy and very comfortable. The little ties at the ankle give a cute dainty aspect. I get complements all the time when I wear these, I have them in both the black and brown. The peach colour was not up my alley and wish they had also made these in a cobalt blue or an army green for a different vibe, I would definitely had bought more. Highly recommended

I was hesitant because the reviews but I really like them! They're very comfy and fit well, and are very flattering. I'm tall and half thick dancer thighs so I was worried about the fit, but they're flowy and the right length. I deducted one star just because there's no stretch in the fabric (to be expected of cotton) and because the ties at the ankles don't stretch at all, so you also have to untie and tie them to get them on. I might replace these with some stretchy ties so they can just slip on instead.

I like the attention paid to the details like the pocket finishes and elastic band. I ordered this in a large and it fits but I think I could wear the medium too so I have ordered an additional pair in medium and black and will probably keep two of the three.
