This was not for me. I returned it. I am 120lbs and 5'4. I ordered the small and the scoop neck hung very low. It was not flattering on me in the least.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I like the fabric of this dress but it's not 35" as listed in the specifications. I measured it in few places and every time it showed 34 inches . The hem is only 1/8" so not enough fabric to extend the length. If I knew that it was only 34" I would never buy it , because it's way too short for a 5'6" person.

Cute dress, but I had go down a size. I went from a small to an extra small (and I'm a curvy person). The scoop fell too low and was too loose. The extra small fits a little more snug—let's hope it doesn't shrink when I wash.

Purchased this dress because I love the fabric it has a silky feel but heavier which allows it to hang better. The fit is true to size. Perfect for evening dinner you won't need a jacket. Love this dress. I will wear it to fall!!!

This is very oversized, so definitely size down. I love the feel of the fabric, but you probably want to wear this with a belt for some shape/definition.
