Excellent quality linen, super wide— kept the black pair, returned the white; the white pair are lined and are just too heavy for summers abroad.
I am 5'5 and ordered the regular length and they are not to the ankle on me they are cropped. Otherwise fit to size, am size 8 purchased medium.

bananarepublic.gap.com/This pant has the makings of something good: Lined, nice weight and drape, but the fit is completely off. I would not call these a high rise in the slightest. At best they are mid rise. The fit is misrepresented on the model. I'm 5'7" and bought a regular length small and the inseam is much shorter than what's shown. Because of this, the wide leg just felt boxy and clownish on me. I'm looking for something sophisticated and this is not it. The high rise barrel, cotton-ramie pant is a much more elegant alternative.

bananarepublic.gap.com/Nice linen. Very wide legs and cropped for me slightly above my ankle. Baked Apple is a slightly muted coral color. Size small fits true to size. I bought the vest that matches and it's a nice outfit. Waist fits not too tight or too loose.

However, my usual size felt tight around the waist, so I sized up and they were too loose. Even with the adjustable string, they still looked odd. Sad that the fit didn't work. Also, I find them a bit too cropped (I'm 5'7").
