Changes, Returns & Exchanges

Changes & Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1.888.277.8953 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our returns policy for information on returning or exchanging items you have ordered.

Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Online Returns

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style.

You can return items by mail or at the appropriate brand's store (Canadian locations only) within 45 days of your order date.

There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, either online or in stores.

Returns by Mail:

Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid Canada Post shipping label included in your package.

When using another shipping method, additional charges will apply. Please be sure to send to the following address:

Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:

  1. Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records.
  2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed invoice.
  4. Affix your Canada Post return shipping label to the packaging or address the package to the address noted above. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  5. If using the shipping label provided, take the package to your nearest Canada Post outlet or drop your package in a Canada Post mail box.

Easy Exchanges

Return merchandise using our easy mail return process, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 1.888.277.8953 anytime. The exchanged item will be shipped at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
