This sweater looks and feels great! It's not itchy, but instead feels cozy and soft. (I don't usually have issues with merino wool, especially when it's blended with other fibers.) It isn't heavy or light, but more-so in the middle. The waistband falls below the waist, but above the hips. I do need... to cuff the arms to fit me, but it looks good. I bought it in two colors, the sea blue, and mushroom taupe. I hope to wear the taupe one with jeans or black dress pants. I bought them in size medium even though according to the size chart, I should be buying a small. FYI, I am 5'3" & have a 34D chest. I recommend this sweater!
I purchased this sweater in two colors, a lovely creamy brown and the orange. I wore the brown sweater, and it pilled badly where the sleeves rub against the body of the sweater - giant huge logs of pills were hanging off the sweater. Then I washed it - as per instructions - and it shrunk so badly ...it is completely unwearable. I have other 100% merino and even cashmere sweaters that wash better than this one, stay away.

bananarepublic.gap.com/I love the orange color and the fit, but it pilled on the second wear just from being under a coat. Not high quality.

It's lovely but it like pilling already before even washing

gap.com/I wish I'd seen the comments about shrinking before I bought this, because they are right. Washing and air drying according to the care instructions results in a sweater that is more than one size smaller than the original. Plus the knit is stiff and tight so there's no give in it anymore. It's way too small and uncomfortable now. This purchase is a complete waste - I'd like my money back!

bananarepublic.gap.com/This was given to me as a gift and the cut/design was so flattering but it started pilling almost instantly. I was so sad because I really did like it but I'm not sure I've ever experience pilling happen so quickly.

I bought size large in Orange. The colour is lovely and the fit is great. It is not cropped, but hits at the perfect length for high-waisted jeans, or for layering something underneath. I am usually medium or large, but based on the cut, I went with a large. Some others said the sleeves are tight, I thought they are just fine

I was excited about the sweater upon first receiving it. Received compliments on the colour/pattern. It shrunk considerably after washing, even after following the proper washing instructions. Such an expensive sweater and now it's best suited for a very young child, if at all. What a waste of money. I'm extremely disappointed for that and because I really liked it.

Loved the color and cropped fit! But on day 1 of wearing it, the material was showing extreme pulling. I'm so disappointed because I picked this among several sweater options.

I loved the bright pistachio color, but as some other reviewers have mentioned, the sweater pills a lot, even after only a couple wears. It also seems to be coming apart at one of the armpit seams — sadly cannot recommend!
